Open Taskflow Configuration

1. Navigate to Project settings, Apps

2. Select FlowDingo, Configuration, Taskflows.

3. Existing Taskflows are shown in the page with options: Delete and Edit Taskflow

Create new Taskflow

You can start from a blank Taskflow or choose from a template.

Configure Taskflow

1. Add new step anywhere in the flow by clicking the + button in the tail end of the step. You may add a single step or parallell step.

    

2. Remove step by clicking the red Delete symbol in the upper right corner of the step to remove a step from the Taskflow. Multiple selection and deletion is not supported.

3. Select preferred orientation of the Taskflow. The Taskflow will appear in the selected orientation when used in the Jira issue view.

    

4. Zoom in and out to get a close-up or wide shot view of the Taskflow (does not work in firefox )

Delete Taskflow

Delete a Taskflow you don’t need anymore.

Your team will no longer be able to select this Taskflow. Data for existing instances of this workflow will not be affected.
